Refund Policy: The Museum has a no refund, no exchange policy.  All sales are final for workshops, day camps and other programs for children and families, unless the Museum cancels the event.

Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation letter after registering for a workshop.

Medication Policy: Museum staff are not permitted to accept or administer medication, including EpiPens.  If your child has a medical condition that requires attention, please call Youth Programs Coordinator at 303.370.8225.

Parents & Guardians: Please print your confirmation letter(s) and bring it with you to check in.  Thanks for your cooperation.
