 How to get involved

There are many ways for you to participate in the JASON Project.

** IMPORTANT TO NOTE**

* You DO NOT have to be in the Denver area to participate in JASON. Project components are available to teachers and students anywhere in Colorado or neighboring states.

* You can mix and match your types of involvement and you DO NOT have to do everything.

TEACHERS AND STUDENTS

Use the JASON CURRICULUM.

Attend a TEACHER PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT Workshop.

Attend a LIVE EXPEDITION BROADCAST at the Denver Museum of Natural History or a local JASON Network Site.

Use the EXPEDITION VIDEOS.

Read the PROJECT NOVELS and discuss them online.

Participate in the research, design, and construction of the exhibits in the STUDENT-BUILT ACTIVITY CENTER at the Denver Museum of Natural History Become a Teacher or Student ARGONAUT.

Participate on the national JASON TEACHER ADVISORY COUNCIL. (http://nephele.jasonproject.org/teachers/
council/index.htm).




LEVEL OF INVOLVEMENT

SCHOOLS, SCHOOL DISTRICTS, BOCES, AND OTHER ORGANIZATIONS

Participate through the DENVER MUSEUM OF NATURAL HISTORY PRIMARY INTERACTIVE NETWORK (PIN) SITE.

Participate "AT-LARGE"

Become a JASON NETWORK SITE.
